This program is designed exclusively for teams or work groups who rely on each other to accomplish their goals.  There are seven modules, which take about three days to complete.  Depending on the individual needs of the team, the modules can be spread over time or done all at once as part of an off-site program.  The program can also be done in a blended format using a combination of face-to-face supported by virtual meetings and activities.

We are certified and experienced to administer the online assessments and facilitate the program for you and your teams.  Or, we can provide you access to the online team assessment facilitation kit and accreditation course if you have skilled internal facilitators.  Our service includes all materials as well as one-on-one coaching for your facilitators.
