Team Coaching, Meeting Design & Facilitation

The single most untapped competitive advantage is teamwork.    At the end of the day, a leader can have a compelling vision and a clearly articulated plan for execution, but if his or her team isn’t aligned together, it just won’t work.  Our team coaching process is based on The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team program and assessment tools.  The team assessment and facilitated process is designed to facilitate a learning experience that helps a team become cohesive and effective in order to get results and is based on the leadership book by Patrick Lencioni, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.   To learn more about this process and see sample reports, click here.

Additional services

In addition to these core services, we also offer career transition coaching to select clients.  We’ve all been there.  The moment when we question whether the work we are doing is the work we want to continue doing.  With life expectancy bumping well into the 90’s, most of us have a lot of years left to work.  Finding the work that we love can be a worthwhile exploration at any age.  Which is why we offer personalized career coaching to help you discover what inspires you and then create a plan to turn it into reality.  Individualized coaching is offered in one to six month blocks via skype, telephone or in person (for San Diego or NJ/NY clients)
