Who we are

As a certified and ICF credentialed coach, Vicki Rossetti has over 30 years of experience as an executive coach, leadership development consultant, human resources executive, career counselor, professional trainer and facilitator enabling her to leverage her years of hands-on, corporate and academic experiences to customize a solution to get your results.

Vicki provides leadership coaching and consulting to organizations looking to more fully engage their employees by helping new leaders get off on the right track through training and one-on-one consultation. She has worked with leaders and teams in finance, IT, health care, not-for-profit, marketing, sales, academia, and human resources who are committed to making a change to improve their satisfaction, performance and engagement in both their personal and professional lives.

In 2015, she founded Rossetti Associates, where she coaches leaders, facilitates team sessions, and consults with organizations looking to accelerate success.   Previously, she spent 26 years with the Chubb Group of Insurance companies, a global property & casualty insurer, designing, developing and delivering talent solutions to meet both individual and organizational transition needs.   Her roles there included senior human resources manager for the Personal Insurance division, a $4b, 1,200 personal global operation, head of the corporate Talent Management function responsible for the organization’s global succession and performance management functions, and head of the Executive Development function responsible for designing, developing and facilitating leadership development solutions for the 500+ Vice President and above leaders.

She has worked as a career counselor at Lafayette College, in Easton, PA, and the American University in Washington, DC supporting U.S. and international students of all ages in achieving their career journeys.  She has also taught human resource management at Seton Hall University.  She holds a BA from Douglass College, Rutgers University;  a MA from American University and a Coaching Certificate from Fielding Graduate University.

Vicki is a PCC certified coach from the International Coaching Federation and an authorized partner for the Wiley suite of products including The Work of Leaders, Everything DiSC, and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.  She is fortunate to have a home base in both San Diego and central NJ.   Rossetti Associates also engages other skilled coaches and consultants as needed for larger initiatives.
